I know, I know. Most of these songs are worse than obscure. Some of them have probably never been played on an American radio station. Hint 1: you are not looking for song titles - you are looking for the person described in the lyrics. In many cases, that IS the song title, but that's just coincidence.
Hint 2: The artists who performed the songs.
A. Jim Croce. Most of you should have gotten this one, or you are BAD, BAD...
B. Jim Croce again. Don't mess around with this guy.
C. Moxy Fruvous. Who, you say? Google it.
D. B-52s. Many of you should know this one.
E. Eddie from Ohio. They aren't, really.
F. EFO again. I really like them.
G. EFO again...same song as F, actually.
H. ...and AGAIN. And STILL the same song.
I. ELO. Not EFO. ELO as in Electric Light Orchestra. Obscure song of theirs. Most people probably think it is wimpy...
J. ELO once again.
K. Great Big Sea. Since I like 3 letter abbreviations, I will henceforth call them...
L. ...GBS. They have a few drinking songs.
M. Moxy Fruvous again. Making fun of trash TV.

O. Uh...I have no idea. Cartoon Network show. Inky-pay and the ain-bray...
P. haha...this might traumatize the kids. It is by Weird Al, and I love it.
Q. The Arrogant Worms. A great friend of mine turned me on to them, and they just crack me up!

So, now go download all the music you can from these groups, or set up a radio station at pandora.com to play them. Eventually you will get to these songs...maybe...
